Raees is an upcoming movie 2016 Indian Crime Drama By Rahul Dholakia and produced by Gouri Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under their banners Red Chillies Entertainment and Excel Entertainment . It features Shahrukh Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan in the lead roles. Raees will be Released on july 3,2016.

      ^{Shah Rukh Khan underwent an arthroscopic surgery of the left knee on May 21, 2015. The doctor stated that the surgery was successful and also advised him complete rest for 3-4 days. Dr Sanjay Desai, who operated on Shah Rukh said in a statement, "SRK has undergone arthroscopic surgery of the left knee at Breach Candy hospital. Mr Khan has been suffering from repeated pain and swelling of left knee over the last several months. Today's surgery confirms chondral wear of the patella, which is due to repeated injuries over the last few years. Based on today's arthroscopic evaluation, future management will be planned. He has recovered well and is likely to be discharged tomorrow (May 22, 2015)." The actor will be on a break following his discharge, and will resume work soon. He will resume shooting for Raees which also marks the Bollywood debut of Mahira Khan.}

     ^{Pakistani TV actress Mahira Khan is all set to make her debut opposite SRK in Raees. The actress will start shooting for the film once the monsoons are over, reports Dnaindia.com. The report quoted a source as saying that producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani expressed their concerns about Mahira being present in Mumbai when required. The actress' visa issues have reportedly been sorted out. The source also added that Mahira is a huge fan of Shah Rukh and that she can't wait to start shooting with him.}
